Question - Best place to farm Ring EXP?

I just locked down 6 evolving rings for my team. I have tons of levels ahead of me having finished Master of The Outer Brood already...

Regular & AA exp is a non-issue. We ring bearers are looking for easily pulled, preferably non-KOS, low hp mobs with fast respawns.

Where are your favorite places to farm ring exp in TOB? There were some good spots in Laurion's Song, anywhere in TOB that stands out?

somewhere with good mob density, no names, off the beaten path (either hunter, quest mobs, or transit between zones (ie not on the ramp in Aureates), preferably a location locked behind progression, or instanced. the mid levels of Ankfexan Keep was good for that last expac. no-where in ToB comes to mind

I'm levelling my rings while doing hunter.

Once you get the rings about half way evolved its faster to just do missions and not waste time grinding out mobs.

I agree with above, you get 2% per mission and doing all four you get another 1-3% xp killing inside missions. So after a full run you get somewhere between 9-12% total. Nothing comes close to being that efficient.

NOS and LS had the low hp "weak" cons in decent numbers at several camps that many used to PL their evolving items since evolving xp is strictly based on the con color of the mob. So a low hp blue con gives the same evolver xp as a high hp blue con. It seems that they got wise to that strategy in ToB and made no such camps available. Or they just didn't think space dragons with low hp made sense from a lore perspective.

Like others have said, missions are the most efficient xp:time ratio, and it only gets better in later levels of the ring. Assuming you have the missions on lockdown and are looking to supplement xp during lockout periods, anywhere you can find mobs will do the trick. There isn't any "better" location all else being equal. All these mobs have high HP and take much longer to kill than LS did.

Remember evolvers only get xp in zones in the same expansion or newer. Older expansions wont give xp.

Thanks for all the feedback, everyone! I also realized I need to farm luck and type 19 augs, so raid instances are gonna be a good place to do this...The mob HPs are higher, but if there's no easy alternative in TOB, better to focus on something else and watch the Ring EXP fly by with my attention diverted to aug drops.

I'll keep holding out hope that some amazing camp has yet to be found. If I encounter anything noteworthy, i'll make sure to share it here!

Update:

Undead tower in Hodstock seems to be the best I've found so far. Plenty of mobs that aren't *too* hard to kill, respawn times aren't out of this world, and its easy enough to get to. Got another suggestion? Post it here!

The problem with undead tower is it is basically the only place in the expansion for undead so you are contending with pallies and clerics. Also, it seems to be the best place to farm TS gems. Both of these combined make it an already high traffic, also possibly highly contended and obvious, camp.

Certainly can be an issue on more populated servers. If you have a better suggestion for where to farm ring EXP, this is the place to make it!
