Question - Been gone for ....3 years? lookign for some help!

OK! SO, i am running a group of 4 with (2) mercs ( for another 20 levels, then tossing my dads char in with us.) also going to start leveling another 2 chars to join us

All level 40

1) Warrior
2) SK
3) Bard
4) Shaman

Questions.... (i did try to look)

Question 1)
Is there a thread showing good kill locations??? i seem to have kind of hit a dead end, where Skyfire seems to be to high, but OT seems a bit low... (light blue only)

Question 2)
I used to know how to tell it not to pull certain things... i cant seem to figure it out now can someone post the lines i need to add to .ini and where it foes?

Question 3)
SHOULD be last question..... (for now) HOW do i tell my puller if people have less than …30% mana to wait?
