Well I know this is not much but it helped me out. I was in ME yesterday and saw that the ravenous beast was up. I was like finally after 4 freakin days he is finally up. Thinking this was gonna be another gimp fight like the walrus part I didn’t even check my buffs and /warp target.
I had my summon companion sash ready to go and summoned my pet slowed the 3 mobs (2 spectral wolfs and ravenous) and started fighting. Watching the red hits in my window I start seeing 600 hp hits and my hp started to drop rather rapidly. I looked and I was only at 9k with the buffs I had on. So I decide to make a run for U.P. so I can regroup and actually plan the fight and buff up.
B4 I zone into UP I turned and watched the 3 wolfs come at me (that way I get another 1200 or so damage on the Ravenous from my pet b4 I zone in. When they get close I zone in to UP.
I buff my self up and med to full (id say about 1 min tops). I am at 10200 hp without growl on. So I zone into ME again and the Ravenous is stuck on the wall right at zone in. the other 2 wolves are at there spawn point. So im thinking it’s a bug. So I pull the ravenous with Shas legacy he comes running and I move him out then back to the wall and zone onto UP again to test the bug. I wait 1 min and zone back. Sure enough he is stuck again. He has no warp back to spawn point if not engaged.
He was trying to walk back tho. He got stuck on the North wall in the cubby there. This way you can single pull him without any adds. You might be able to use the wall to dot him down. Or something like that. It was a tough fight. I have my 68 dodh pet and all my spells. 450 aa all defs done. Good focus effects and I was at 0 mana and my health was at 23% pet was at 30% or so health and I kited in that room and used every bsty trick I could think of to kill him. It was close. So if you do this part, bring a shammie or a druid or cleric just so heals are in there. I would make it a lot easier. I could of prolly used the set grav -1 trick too. But I love to fight hehe. Hopefully this helps someone out
