So group wiped ... zone back in ... DOH! Stop ressing!

Other than just modifying the KA ini and restarting it for the cleric, is there a command I can give to toggle this?

I don't know if there's a toggle. I generally just enable/disable in the ini and reload it depending on where I am. Generally it's off, because I've had too many multi-wipes as a result of an over-zealous cleric rezzing at the wrong time.

that also works for one-off situations, bit tedious to do every death though, and I forget a lot. Probably my advanced age.

So the rez is normally last in the heal list, I haven't tested this but if your HealSize is normally 5 for example can you /togglevariable HealSize 4 to remove it from being in the active list. Not entirely sure if it would have an effect without the macro being reloaded.

The other thought I had was setting /rez accept on|off - it will waste mana casting the rez but the chars won't click accept on the box and zone back to die, so it would be /bcga //rez accept off

Been there. Done that. Got a t-shirt. LOL

Duh I just realised there is a line in the ini for AutoRezOn and it can be toggled with the command /autorezon on your cleric, so that's your question answered.
