Problem - Bazaar.mac 3.1 not working

I'm in buyer mode,
When I run /mac bazaar buyer
It will pop up barter window and search price
and try set price
and then
Error message will pop in Buy Window
"You must first set a compensation for this buy"

only thing i changed is
/declare BuyPriceMax int outer 20000
