so how do i set up this marco. I've never used one and wanted to give it a try. do i just cut and past it into mq2?

I added the mac file to the first post. Just download that file into your macro folder.

Then to use type
/mac assist (persontoassisthere)


the rest is explained in the first post.

with this, it keeps running up to it befor the mob even gets there...

try changing this part

                                       /assist ${AssistGuy}
			/delay 15s ${Target.PctHPs}<95
			/stick
			/attack on

to

                                      /assist ${AssistGuy}
			/delay 1m ${Target.PctHPs}<95
			/stick
			/attack on

I would change that stick command to this instead for assisting:

/stick 10 behind

I use it for my rogue all the time so he's in the sweet spot for backstabs

The only problem with using a stick behind command is when you draw agro if by accident your guy will try to circle the mob forever till he loses agro and you look bottish cause you are perfectly behind it when th emob moves you move too. ive had people comment before on that with my twink rog

Dont use stick behind unless you have HOTT. It stops from trying to run behind it ifyou are the target of your target.
