Question - bard related

is there a way to make my bard cast Tune in your head when its off cd? i tried it under buffs and i tried it in dps section he will not cast it, any ideas? rather it be under buffs if possible its an aa
also a warrior question, under mq2melee it says topple=% he will use shield topple until, however i added it to the ini file and he will not fire it off, i have it set to topple=1 any suggestions on that

The mq2melee holy/downs I have shared in the KA forum compiled ini list should be able to do that for you. Just remove the && ${Target.Named} for that ability.
