Problem - Bard not using songs

I took the heroic bard 85 ini file from here and changed few settings to make this work without success :

Melee Spells to Twist in :
3: Zuriki's Son of Shenanigans
4: Chorus of Rodcet
5: Dirge of the fallen Rathe

I tried to change settings between twistmed, twistwhat and meleetwistwhat and nothing, no songs are used at all (songs are in the right gem slots).
Also he doesn't cast the Aura of the Poet (Buffs1)
DPS and Burn skills work, and Selo's sonata (AA) too.
I removed Heroic armor buffs too(changed to NULL) because it was clicking buffs non stop and removed Burn3=Fundament: Second Spire of the Minstrel (to NULL) cause it gave me an error.

Should MQ2Twist appear in the plugins list when typing /plugin list command ? cause it wasn't there (if that can be the issue) and when i type /plugin mq2twist it tells me it doesn't exist.
Also how many plugins do you have when typing that command, i got 51 plugins in the list but i saw that there are 80 total, am i missing something ? i checked all plugins available in update.exe.

Don't know what to do to make it work if you can help me please, thank you.

You need MQ2Twist for sure. IF you need to you can download the latest zip file and just extract the plugin to your MQ2 folder.

I tried with 3 4 5 6 7 8 but didn't work too, since twistmed=4 and twistwhat=4 i tried to remove 4 from meleetwistwhat and the 1st time i did /mac kissassist the bard was at least doing the twistmed=4 and twistwhat=4, but still no meleetwistwhat.
After ending macro and restarting it he would no longer use any song at all, tried everything, deleted the ini, rebooted comp to start over and nothing.

There's one thing i want to know though is it normal that when i do /plugin mq2twist it says it doesn't exist ? i have MQ2Twist.dll in MQ2 folder though so i don't understand.
Like i said earlier i have 79 plugins dll files in MQ2 folder and only 51 appear in the list i get from "/plugin list" command.

You need to run Update.exe and click on Plugins and make sure the MQ2Twist plugin is checked. Other than that you can get the zip file from https://www.redguides.com/community/attachment.php?attachmentid=11623&d=1489628289

You may need to unload and reload MQ2.

Thank you, i uninstalled and reinstalled MQ2 and redone everything from scratch, and only checked MQ2Twist (+ others by default) as you said, everything works fine now.
