i never could get chainpulling working on the first go, so try and set that to 0 to see if he even wants to pull

Well, that message appears to come from PullCheck when the variable PullMob isn't set. You probably need to turn on debugging for the pull code and post that up/look at it to look for errors to see why it's having trouble identifying a mob to pull. Like maybe if you are in a zone you've never been in, maybe it's a nav problem and it's having issues finding a path to the mob...so the mesh is messed up or doesn't have a mesh? So I guess 1 question would be, will your bard pull in a different zone, and you are just having problems with the current zone you are in? You could see if it's a nav problem by not setting a camp and trying hunter mode. If doing so will your group move around and kill mobs or does that also result in your group just standing there? Seems like that would verify a nav problem if that also didn't work without turning on debugging.
