Can someone help me on how to put a custom avatar on your profile??

you have to post it on the internet or find a pic thats already on it that fits the pixel limit. You then put on the website of the actual pic's Website to get it to show up on the Avatar-thingy

so...if the pic is on the website, then I just put the website's name on the avatar and it should show up?? doesn't work.

You need the exact link to the pic, something like:

http://www.myweb/images/funny.jpg

Thats a bogus link, but you should get the idea. The other thing is, some websites dont allow remote hosting. Make sure where your image is hosted at, that they do.
