I've been strictly using IHC's warrior macro so far and it works great. I decided to give this a try in order to help provide noob with some feedback. I noticed my warrior is not using kick or slam? Not sure if this intentional or not. I assume the macro is not using mq2melee. This macro does save alot of endurance compared to IHC's. I tried the /meeleon and /meleeoff commands and didn't see any difference. He continued attacking mobs even after doing /meleeoff.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I have kick and slam on auto either from mq2melee or the auto kick feature built into everquest client.
