Question - AutoLogin with EZ server and latest version of EMU MQ2

I just downloaded the latest version of MQ2 for the EMU servers (EZ server) and trying to get the autologin to work. With the older version of MQ2 I worked like a charm, so I copied the MQ2AutoLogin.ini from the old MQ2 version and placed it in the new MQ2 version in the subfolder /config. And when I launch the autologi, the client logs in, goes past server select and enters characters select (I hear the sound of it) but there it gives a black screen and it goes back to server select. When I then manually click the 'Play everquest' button, it gives me the loading screen, short black screen and then back at server select again.

I am running ISBoxer and launching the characters with InnerSpace.

If it doesn't select the server then the long name is incorrect.

if it backs out of character select then the short name is incorrect.

then of course, make sure the profile correctly links to the proper shortname.

can you snip what it shows for the long name and short name

The mq2autologin.ini is exact the same as I used for the older MQ2 version - I did not touched it or modified it in any way.

Edit:
What's strange is, when I used the autologin and it goes back to server select again - and then when I click the Play Everquest button - it gives a loading screen and then a black screen where normally character select is.

Edit 2: it might not be mq2autologin related, but maybe a bug with MQ. Because when I dont use the autologin version, and just run eqgame.exe while MQ is active, I have the same issue.

Thanks, looked at the page and not exactly sure what is wrong in my INI.

Edit 2: it might not be mq2autologin related, but maybe a bug with MQ. Because when I dont use the autologin version, and just run eqgame.exe while MQ is active, I have the same issue.
When I remove this from eqlsPlayerData.ini - and then manually login, it works.

If you're using the projecteq loginserver then it works fine using this Servers section in MQ2Autologin.ini:

[Servers]
EZ (linux) x4 Exp=EZ Server - Custom Zones Vendors Quests Items etc

and then in the profile set your server to:

ez (linux) x4 exp

That is left=short name, right=server select name.
