Autobard not engaging

I am running autobard and having some issues with my bard not engaging. He sings his twist and does everything else, but doesn't engage in melee. If I tab over to him and move slightly then he kicks in and engages. Is there a setting I need to adjust for something or anyone else seen an issue like this?

I have also had this issue, I always just end up moving the char so it engages though.

I'm seeing this issue as well. My bard may be right next to the mob, but just wasn't facing it when it was pulled. When I manually turn to face the mob, the bard engages right away.
