Problem - Auto rez causes game to simply disappear.

Same here. I think I got a crash report pop up once and sent that. It does not crash again if you reload and try to rez again- so the problem lies before the rez accepted in code
I've unloaded mq2rez. Not sure if that is what causing it though. I can't reproduce easily

It works for me. Logged in a char, died, rezzed it and it autoaccepted.
I would like someone else to do the same test and also report a success or failure.
I need more data to take this serious, and/or crashdumps.
If anyone actually gets the crash dialog, note that just clicking yes on the crash dialog only SAVES the dump on your desktop, it does NOT automatically mail it to me.
That's something that's optional and u need to do that manually.
I have not received any dumps that has mq2rez listed as the reason for the crash.
I would like someone else to do the same test and also report a success or failure.
