Question - Atl Characters health in raids?

Hello friends, I have hopefully a simple questions in regards to the Emu server I currently play on. This server allows us to run a total of 8toons without a raid xp penalty. The problem I am having is when my 2 characters that are in group 2 of my raid, I am unable to see their health unless I switch to them directly. I was curious if there was something out there that would allow me to see the health of members that are not in my group from a raid setting? Any help would be appreciated.
