Release aswitcher v1.2

grimmier submitted a new resource:

aswitcher - switch foreground clients over actors

run on all characters on same machine
commands
`/aswitch charname` switches to that character
`/aswitch list` lists all characters
`/aswitch hello` say hello to others and refresh actors list.
