Version of KissAssist.mac?
KissAssistVer=11.004
When did your problem start?
allways been hit'n'miss
Character Role?
  1. Assist
What class is having this issue?
  1. Bard
How often does this issue occur?
Often
Can you reproduce the issue?
Not certain, i have a suspecion when i run the macro for the second time (after making changes) it borks.
Using kissassist allways been kind of a hit'n'miss for me.
I don't belive its a bad product by any means, just i'm having a different setup. (

Yesterday my bard worked ok'ish.. She jumped to my aid as expected, but today, she wont even accept my existence :)
I have made a new ini file, tried with one of the library files, recreated new ini files etc.

The bard isn't the only toon having trouble this morning, druid won't assist either, but that toon is run from a different pc, so i havent looked into why she is behaving too.
Druid is buffing however, just not assisting either.

I have added both a zipped logfile and the .ini

only thing i noticed in your ini was
CampRadius=100
i recommend lowering that to 30-40ish

Is anyone in the group setup to be master looter candidate? you can check that in the advloot window. because the log seems to want to set a looter but are not allowed.

I have used defaults settings too regarding camp radius, only started to experiement with radius due the complete lack of assists, thinking the radius was to small picking up mobs
Don't think i have made changes to looting, also looting should be turned off on the assistants.

When you say masterlooter, is that an eq thing or kissassist ?

I did notice things in the log:

I substited the names in the log, but it seems the bard is assisting herself, then necro?
Somehow it picks up the druid? (they are grouped)
Finds 1 mob nearby
Decides to not do anything, and continues the loop again

when you start up kiss can you walk us through how you do it?

all your assist toons should target your tank and do /mac kissassist assist (you could also have a hotkey that has /mac kissassist assist tankname)

is your tank assigned as tank and main assist in your group window?

I normally just start using /bca //mac kissassist necro 98, but will target necro from now on and see if that makes a difference.
Didnt know about those roles, i just testet and it worked perfectly.

And when i started macro again, they went back to ignoring me.

I didnt make log file this time, but a few behaviours, if i manually target the mob with bard, eventually she will kick in, i have a suspecision that range might be the error.
by range i mean i have to run the mob litterally over the camp, and have the mob stay there.

Again, its hard to say.. it seems pure magic when they assist and attack, but unfortunate so random when it works (
