Okay, I didn't see a guide about Argin-Hiz with a KA setup so I decided to post (also b/c PoShadow is essentially permacamped now). This took a bit of optimization and there are various incarnations you could utilize depending on your level and setup. As my main is an Ench, this is going to be slightly skewed to that class but I'm confident any competent group setup could pull this off. I've run this overnight in stretches ~10+ hours while AFK and also shorter spans while I'm posting junk on forums. I feel relatively confident you can successfully AFK XP with little fear of death.
Pros: Relatively easygoing camp, lots of mobs, low traffic, decent cash drops (gems, etc.), and decent bazaar items (collection pieces, go for ~10k+ each)
Cons: Open area close to the zone in - higher level of exposure; however, I've gone for 6+ hours during the DAY without seeing a single person aside from myself in the zone
I did this with some Lv 105s to AFK level my 90s alt(s). You are not going to get amazing XP at Lv 105; it was averaging about 9-13+ AA/hr. For the low 90s alts it was about 1 level/3.5-4 hours. That said, this is aimed at getting some cash or mainly leveling lower characters while you're dreaming of COTF chase items. So, don't come back and complain you got shitty XP at 100+ :P
I've attached a map highlighting the camp spot. This is in a corner; you kindof wedge yourself into the "V"ish area on the hill - should make sense once you're in the general area indicated. Do not setup on the top of the hill. This area has no roamers and if you utilize my KA settings (posted below) you'll be able to pull almost all of the field depending on your kill rate. I don't expect you to ever *not* have mobs unless you are rocking an epic AFK team and if you have that... why are you in Argin-Hiz?!
Okay, I'll post my general settings for your puller (really the only one that needs something special and then add Enchanter specific stuff if you like playing one).
Add this to your Loot.ini:
Or basically ensure you have CombatLooting on otherwise you will have huge piles of corpses (issue only if you're using KA chainpull).
Add this to your KA Info:
Puller General KA settings:

If your group is not strong enough to accommodate chain pulling... turn it off. It shouldn't be too rough on you though; I did this with a tank merc and cleric merc (with a few backup heals from a Druid). If you have a really solid group you can up the ChainPullHP and/or ChainPullPause.
That is pretty much the basic setup that will get you rolling. If you're not using an Enchanter or don't like pulling with yours, the rest of the info won't be relevant to you.
----------------
Some notes: Mezzing and chainpull do not make a happy couple. You will have too much idle time waiting for mez to break. Many pulls can wind up being doubles though so if you can't handle it, don't chain pull and turn Mez ON. As indicated in the pull code above, I use Howl of Tashan; these mobs resisted slow a bit too much for me to want to pull with that instead of Tashing first.
and you'll probably want to use some downflags. Since you're chain pulling, KA really doesn't cut it for a few of these and that's why I opted go this route as a supplement.
Now, because you're not mezzing and you have the potential for multiples, I came up with this little gem (mainly because I couldn't get it to work in KA Heals). You will need to set your tank on XTarget1 in this example and where it says TANKNAME... put your group's tank name:
---------------
Well, that's about it. Obviously tweak the Enchanter stuff if you have other preferences but I found this setup to be extremely reliable and effective. I *definitely* recommend the Rune downshit unless you have a strong PC healer/back up heals. I don't put a lot of faith in my Cleric merc so I rather be safe than have a wipe. Make sure you stock up on Peridots though!
I also recommend checking out Redraj's charm mod for KA (and give him cents if you like it!). The field mobs are all charmable so you could boost your DPS a bit. I'm lazy though and didn't wanna add in too many variables to start. If I do further tweaking I may run some tests with charming and update. Ideally though I'll be moving on and finding a better spot as my alts level up soon and then I can share that as well
Good luck! Let me know if you have problems with the info here and I'll see what I can do.
--------------
UPDATE(s): Well, I don't know why I didn't just think to do this sooner... probably because I usually don't run my Ench on autopilot... but here is something else that may help with crowd control for chain pulling w/o mez. Just add PBAE stun to your AE section:
And quite amusingly... I finally cleared out my looter's bags after an overnight stretch and found a COTF chase drop sitting there, so there's always that in addition to the other loot

Funny you should mention Neriak though... PoS and Neriak are both camped pretty much non-stop on my server so I'm trying other things. I think someone at ~100 could probably pull in some good AA here. TDS is on my list of places to find good spots in T3 once I flag some more alts.
