The best HP type 9 is probably this: Which will give you about 12K HP and this is at the minimum level. Considering how easy the missions are - its a great reward for non-raiders.

Where are you stuck???
I did find a little bug where it wouldnt recognize the location of the third crevasse..I had to logout and log back in before it registered
I meant to post this here in response to the last place you could not find. It looks like it is off the map but if you use this waypoint it goes right to it

also you don't have to do anything with the fish. those are "placed" by the first update where you "find" the crevices and just poof from inventory.
