Logged in and there is a new little pop up box that says:

Bonuses: Bonuses for Spring Holiday
You'll earn additional experience and faction, and rare enemies will be more likely to appear during the Spring Holiday

Double check /cal and it shows April 7 to April 11 (Friday thru Tuesday) as the dates this is happening.
