Question - Anyone willing to tell me a good instance to beam kite with 97 mage?

I have 97 bard to pull with and if need be 95 druid to AE root/snare.

I have never really tried to beam kite and would like to try, just to learn how. Just don't want to get banned for it.
Good instances for this?
