any way to secure an account?

Hi, i just took over an account but cant reset the password due to no secret question answer. Is there any other way to change it? Im thinking no, but i thought id ask =)

you can reset the security question if you have the first and last 4 digits of the credit card at register the account first time.

Just curious if anyone has any other suggestion on resetting SQ after the nerf for timing out method?

Have a couple of older accounts which I received before SQ was required to change pw. Now I am kicking myself for not setting SQ using timing out method.
