Any Cleric CH Rotation Macros out there?

I was currious I Mainly play a warrior, and bot a cleric and some times when we short on clerics for big raids I need to play my Cleric and either sit my warrior out on the side. Is there any macros out there that when it sees my Name in Next CH that it casts after like a 2 second delay?
