Request - Anniversary Macros

I don't know if my fingers are really fat today or I just can't find them (I tried searching), but does anyone have or can link me to the anniversary macro's for the stein, and if there's one for the Extruded Black Pearl?

Any older ones for the clickies would be appreciated as well.
