Am confused about updating!

So Im currently running MQ2, but I see mention of a redguides compiled version. But is that just the updater - or do you have a compiled version that works?

Why am I asking? Well, I want to run the KISS macros which require some add-ins I don't have installed. I tried using the updater which updated ones I had installed, but obviously the ones I dont have it didnt do anything for.

Or is it a case that I need to manually add the plugins & then once Ive done that I can use the redguides autoupdater?

We have a pre made compile that comes with all the plug-ins you need to run kiss

excellent - I think I worked it out - managed to find this thread which referred to new installs.
