Stay away from all Instance zones including Guild Hall till they fix this.

Use the go home button if you are parked in the guild hall.

if you do not have an option for the Home button, leave EQ and wait 15 min, you get it back.

Okay, try now. Zones that were previously spun up might still have issues, but new zones should work.
