For my cleric all of the healing options have !. Also I have seen a few comments about turning on complete heal with a DoCH. I have searched the ini and can't find this setting also can find a place to change the percentage the heal should start.

Have a look at the key, note that it says "On the previous check, the ... ", and read the special note on conditions. This is nothing to be alarmed about.
Are you having a specific issue with healing?

You also don't need to turn off entries you don't have... there is no harm in leaving them up.

Please search for "Complete Heal" in your options window if you have issues, questions, or would like to change complete heal settings. Note that you may need to enable advanced settings to do so, that button is directly under the search window.
