Release Alert Master v2.28

No permission to download
Aktchtkshkchskually it is because there is no code to handle unknown commands or an issue with the code that does. 😉😅😜
Red text is the enemy!

Importing is a bit hit and miss - Spawnmaster uses long zone names mostly, so say - Eastern Wastes does not correspond to Alertmasters eastwastestwo short zone name, even though the list of spawns is actually for the ToV version of Eastern Wastes. When I run into that, I generally open the ini for spawnmaster, copy the list of spawns, then paste them into ini for alertmaster, and renumber the spawns from 1 - x, since spawnmaster also numbers spawns from 0 - x. Add in the zone by shortname ([eastwastestwo]), save Alertmaster.ini, and it should now keep the info for the zone.

the error you got is because Alertmaster doesn't have that command as part of it.
that is exactly how i handle the mismatch names at least between on emu where i see this all to often.
I have tried to add in as many checks i can think of to try and get them right but i dont want to just say name has wastes in it get all the mobs from any zone with wastes in it or something as that would just pollute the lists.

Why would the ini for Alertmaster keep clearing everything? Today was the second time recently I found my guys in a safe zone spamming gate and Throne. I checked the ini and my safe zones were gone it was just an empty file.

**EDIT**
I figured it out. When I did a /dgga /myui load alertmaster for my other toons it overwrites/clears the ini.

Yeah, I've run into similiar issues with a couple other scripts, and mostly work to figure out a way around em. Right now I'm makining a master ini for spawnmaster with all the zones in it - dumped the achievements to a file, imported into a spreadsheet, and pulling the hunter names out of that. Working backwards from ToB, I think I', back to EoK or so. Still a ways to go.

If they have some part in common in the names, then I think yes. If the names are totally different, then no. If they have a common text to them, just enter that into the search - gargoyle should bring up all mobs with gargoyle in their name.

You COULD add the multiple targets you want to the NPC list, then you would get them all there - that list also can rightclick to nav to, etc. But, that only shows one entry even if there are multiple of that name up.
