Question - Aggro Conditional check for next on aggro list

i was wondering if theres a simple conditional i can use for my tank to check the aggro of the next highest and then use the ability when their aggro gets past a certain percentage i.e.

Tank aggro=100
Melee aggro=90

Tank uses aggroability

I blieve it would be

${Me.SecondaryPctAggro} >= 90
