AFK'ing 75 SK/Mag for AA

Does anyone have a good macro they could reccomend for this? I have not used MQ2 or even played eq much for that matter in years, and am feeling very newbish here. (I probably cant remember anything about how to cheat because of all of the pot and booze iv had over these years.) I am looking at the KissAssist mac and it looks like it would do all of that, but I am not too sure how to use it...
