Question - AFK killin (1 Viewer)

I normally don't watch, on my days off I will invite others if I'm actually playing, there's little to no excuse not using the tools except that there are people who will come to you and sit there for hours to be a dick. I used to use devestators macros which had an afk radius in it. I was forced to stop using it because of those people.

Like I've pointed out, if you don't want to get caught use it. I don't use it because I care very little. But I've also received very little punishment for afk macroing. The whole point of this is don't report someone that's in sanctum somnium farm, where no one will go for any good reason other than progression tasks simply because they didn't evac when you showed up. Reporting others is what draws attention. Daybreak will ban those that are reported and that they catch. I went two months in brothers island after TBM released doing the Lidia camp. I never killed the named and never had issues until someone came in to the zone and said hey, I like that camp, I wanna get him banned so I can have it.

If you use this compile you have no right to hate on anyone who afk macros. Especially if it's only because they don't have afktools.

But yeah, use afk tools if you don't want the risk of being banned. But there's always a risk. A gm can always logon a non gm character.

Here is a tidbit from someone that has been around the block... When your main account gets banned (like forever because you already have a mark on the account) they actually will unban you if you wait a couple years. True story, happened to me

I went two months in brothers island after TBM released doing the Lidia camp. I never killed the named and never had issues until someone came in to the zone and said hey, I like that camp, I wanna get him banned so I can have it.

Dude, you had me until this tidbit. How did you "do the Lidia camp" without killing the named? That is still such a popular named to camp because of the aug that it doesn't surprise me at all if you got reported for being there 24/7 or whatever.

By adding Lidia to the ignore list.

And yeah but my point was don't be a dick to others and they don't care.

depends on the server/population.

Had more then one AFK group get reported in general on my server so folks can take turns looting the left over corpses, and reporting them. There were mass conversation inviting both.

I've been back a few weeks now and decided to setup some AFK tools.
One problem I found is.. where is the sticky outlining how to setup Posse and KA to accomplish this?
I vote for a sticky with step by step instructions.

Click the little button at top of screen says Macro List It has guides for every macro... The one says Plugin List has the plugin guides.
