Question - Aetrebe's Study, collections set

Do these only drop from mobs anymore? I'd read a thread on the EQ forums about them being ground spawn but in a difficult to get to place.

I poked around the zone with a bard, fading around the zone and only found pieces of Laboratory Labors as ground spawns

They are ground spawn, try around the island area. Just need to keep picking up all the spawns u can, till the right ones pop up

By the "island area" you refer to the area with the teleport up, with the Amyglafydganans and Kor Sha researchers?

There were none There to be had.

When you say "keep picking them up until you get the right ones", are you suggesting I pick up the ground spawns on the other side of the zone for the other collection set there? Because previously each set had its own unique spawn, separate from other sets.

Yes by the island, seen some up there. I think there can only x amount of collection up in a zone at a time and if they are all for the 1 set, you will have to pick them up to get the other set to start spawning in the other parts of the zone.
