Question - advloot

I'm a late converter to the in game /advloot. After messing with it for a short time I really like it but I haven't been able to figure out how to get a mac (namely kiss) to auto loot and leave trash on the mob. In the past looting would honor the loot.ini for Keep/Ignore/Destroys. Anyone have a brief example on how I can have my master looter not loot Drogan Toes for example? Ie: leave them on corpse or destroy them..

You can load it, then pick an item up on your cursor and type /lootignore or /lootkeep, etc, and you can fine tune per item.
