Question - Advice on levelling up 86-105

I'm a semi auto MQ2 player with 3 toons, a bard 86, sham 86 and war 90. Does anyone have any recommendations to level up to 105 I got 23/25 expansions. Also best place to get augs for my warrior he's not really got anything at the moment just a set of rustic armor

I did the 86-101 throughout House of Thule and into Veils of Alaris zones. Feerrott2 and the grounds and then into the house itself when I was leveling up fairly recently. I'm in argath at the moment, but that's because I was working hunter tasks, they're all lblue to me now.

thanks i was wondering about the grounds i’ll give that a go, any particular camps you’d recommend?

My progression guide has a decent figure listing out potential levels. Not perfect but may provide ideas.

@fannyface for augments, I think that the best place to get those are the TBM scaling dungeons
Any other augments are really prestige or hotzone augments, or the crappy defiant augments.

My problem has been that if all my guys were different levels. Then the mobs are the same level as the highest level account. And my tank kept dying on the first mob. If you have a fiend you may want to get someone to carry you through that.
