theres still a lot of issues with the gunthak tasks... namely waypoints and occasionally sub-routine with getting tasks. Tried hammering these issues myself, but still manages to f-up :mad:

This is gonna be like extremely newbish, but how do I get this mac to run? I got it to intiliaze the advpath.inc thing. But I can't get it to go any further. I am sure I would do better if I wasn't so tired, but if anyone woule be willing to walk a moron though the set up for this so I can run it while I am at work i would greatly appreciate it.

On Fennin everytime I zoned into Dreadlands the macro popped up saying a GM was in the zone, yet everytime I checked for GM's manually none came up. Just a kind warning to all on Fennin....

Yeah my HUD allways picks up the GM's but when they are in invis mode a /who all gm will not work

oK SORRY FOR YOU GUYS THAT ARE RUNNING THE RUNNER VERSIONS i DONT THINK THE ZONECHECK HAS BEEN UPDATED ON THEM, YOU CAN CHECK THE wARP VERSION AND PULL THE ZONER OUT OF IT TO GET IT TO WORK AGAIN. ALSO IF IT TAKES YOU TO THE ZONE BUT STOPS JUST SHORT OF IT YOU CAN DO ONE OF TWO THINGS, PRESS FORWARD TILL YOU SZONE, WHICH ONLY WORKS IF YOUR NOT AFK OR YOU CAN MAKEANEW WAY POINT PROJECTED AHEAD OF YOU 10 FEET OR SO SO THAT YOU ACTUALLY ZONE AND STICK IT INTO THE PATH THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING, FOR EXAMPLE THE ADVPATH_ZONETOMARANA.PTH (sorrry caps lock goin to bed not gonna change everything) open that path file and add the extra waypoint to make sure you zone in. I would look at it but I cant get the task as I no longer have a high enough charecter I will see what I can lookk at tommorrow

That would be a GM corpse. I just create a lvl 1 toon on Fennin.. looks like Cerridwen dropped a corpse right on the succor spot.. probably to track warpers... ${Spawn[GM].ID} will return a corpse ID. So you have to filter it. ${Spawn[pc gm].ID} should work. But I haven't tested it yet.

i was told that if i submit information on the tasks then i might be flaged as a helper and might be granted access to the newest "mq2task" "mq2mission" "mq2tdon"

is this the correct place to post it or do i need to submit it to a person directly?

cause as you all dont want your plug in abused i dont want my hard work abused so i would rather send directly to some one if posable.....

i have task data maped out for taskes from level 5 - 65 and am hopeinh to get access to the plugins in trade for the data i have taken so long to map out

........ as if the monthly sub is not enough........

Granting access to MQ2Task/Mission etc is up to the author's of those plugins.

Good luck getting MQ2Task/Mission. I don't event have a working copy of those.

If you want to help out the AdvTask community post your tasks, but it will in no way garrantee you access to those plugins.

sigh i'm having troubles again

It works for the first task and then goes to foraging, but im not foraging since im in shroud.. but once timer is up it goes and gets a new task but the task doesn't run and another timer comes up? Something i did wrong?

1) If a gm is tracking you, why zone at all?
2) See I never warp ever. And I'm surprised no-one has figured this out here (that I know of). Especially when you have the tool to do it. I'll give you a hint. Use zone instead of warp =).

I have never been able to figure out how to /zone within the same zone. I can /warp target but can't /zone target, I can't even /zone <WP> if I am in the current zone. If you can explain how to zone to target that would be great. Oh and this macro uses zone extensivly, very little warping unless its like the timorous tasks where you have to go from one translocator to the other within zone to get to the outside zones.

Use /warp wp wpname

The MQ2RWarp waypoints are stored in waypoints.ini

To make your "warp" way points use /waypoint newWpName

Edit: If someone wanted to they could update the source to PiggyZone to have /fade wpName

Ah ic. Well you could just think ahead and do a /zone wp but for some of the tasks that wouldn't work unless you zoned out and back in.

Or you can make your default zone in next to the translocators, thats what I did for FV.

yeah but to get from oasis to swampofnohope you have to pass through timorous and you come in at one locator and leave the other side from the locator on the other side of the zone. so you have to warp from one locator to the other

ok until we get this all straightened out and the newpigy zones come in the compile with the task waypoints allready in the mq2piggyzone.ini here is what you will have to add to it. Just cut and paste at the end of the mq2pigyzone.ini and save

just did the One Dead tree it seems to be warping you underground for the 1st warp where you get hit by mobs and not at the right spot for the 2nd. Here is the Right locs

1st /warp loc -340.70 44.00 -26.25

2nd /warp loc -3419.66 592.44 109.26

Thanks Alatyami for your great works!

Since I've had been banned from using warp version I prefer using runner version from then on. Actually I am doing these tasks manually in most times.

Yesterday I tried runner version and found that "tunnel2FV" didnot work properly after done with "ring2bridge" or "teleport2bridge". Just behaved like that it seemed to recognize that it were in FV or FM already.

I loaded default plugins and used TheZ 3.0 compile.
