Go to The Commonlands and type "/wave Lightbringer", if it says "you wave to Lightbringer Wisp" it means hes up, gratz!

Head on over to the ruined druid portal (the quickest way is to take the neriak station) and wander around the circle until you find him. Killing him is easy, he is a very weak monster for being lvl 20. Anyway, he will ALWAYS drop a Burned Out Lightstone, depending on the server these will vary, I've sold them for as much as 8 gold, but sometimes could only get 2gold, either way, 2 gold every hour and a half is very very good! easy way to deck your character out with Adept III skills

waving or any other emotes to other mobs has been nerfed per the last patch

Thanks for the heads up. They've nerfed the /wave /point etc., about 3 times now... can you believe it?

Who knows, maybe someone will discover another way, hehe.
