Looking at my Bards ini file, I see under the [BUFFS] section the following entries:
Buffs9=Potion of Adventure
;Buffs9=Scorpion's Agony XIX|Dual|Spider's Bite XX|Me
;Buffs8=Summoned: Glowing Modulation Shard|Mana|80/10
;Buffs9=Wand of Pelagic Transvergence|Mana|85/15
;Buffs11=Emperor Ganak Familiar|Dual|Familiar: Emperor Ganak
;Buffs12=Summon Familiar: Emperor Ganak|Remove
;Buffs11=Ice Bound Ulthork|Dual|Familiar: Ice Bound Ulthork
;Buffs12=Summon Familiar: IceBound Ulthork|Remove
;Buffs14=Songblade of the Eternal|Dual|Symphony of Battle|Me
;Buffs15=Jann's Veil|Cond15
;Buffs16=Illusion: |Remove
;Buffs17=Snow Griffin Saddle|Dual|Mount Blessing Kala

From the KISSASSIST page, search for the "[Buffs] Settings". Look at the 3rd setting down Buffs 1-20. That will give you the details of the above. Ignore the ";" before most of them as it tells the ini to ignore those. If I were to activiate one of them, I'd have to change their Buffs
#. You can't have repeats of the Buffs# or it causes issues. I modified SIC's Bard ini to make my own, but I didn't want to get rid of the stuff he put in it.
Examples of what will happen.
Buffs9=Potion of Adventure that uses a potion of adventure every 30 minutes.
The others are using the items or removing buffs based on preference. I hope the examples and the KA wiki section help.
