Question - Accessing "diseased" & other data in parentheses under NPC names

So, for instance, in The Overthere, one is looking in a quest for certain NPCs with "diseased" under their names. I realized there was no simple search for it. Is there a TLO or other access point I am overlooking for such information.

Appreciated for any help

Not sure. Can check... but it does not show up in a spawn search (which is in part what I am trying to address) unless I am doing something wrong.
 
You could even filter Guides and GMs using that :-)
Because they use the /lastname command to add their quest character information in parenthesis to their characters, too.
