it makes it so you can get to sites that would normally be blocked by a firewall...this is the first one that has ever worked for me on a military firewall...(now i'm just waiting for my IT Man to come waltzing in the door...)
 
I Shut the server down.

I have Guides stored on there that caused controversy and will have to put them elsewhere before I bring the server back online.

Should have the server back online sometime next week,

i found one named tom something.. w/e school blocked it

at my school i put all the porno, games, IM programs. and tell people how to talk to people through like a IM system through (Run). since the comps are linked.

where did you get the script for that?...i'm gonna make 1 (or 7) on my site/sites...

If your using anything higher than php 4.x.x it won't work. Re-install php 4 something. Bug in php 5 and higher that cant pass the variables.

reinstall php4...no chance in hell of that one happening...:D

guess i'll have to download the script and play around with it...
 
Its not that hard to modify. The error is on line 177. Of PHProxy.class.php

This is the line.

$this->response_code = next(explode(' ', $this->response_headers));

I guess you could take the variables after the equals sign and assign them to temp variables and then bring them together that way. Didn't bother myself because the script halts on the first error and this may not be the only one.

Fix it and probably going to run into more of the same.

oh btw ... its got its limitations ... I cant log into the WoW forums because it uses a secure intermediary

Not blocked on DOD Domains yet. They cought on real fast with the others. So we'll see.
 
yeah...i never postedback here...it was blocked for me the day after i said it worked...damn AMC people :(
 
Well with websense at my work if you use the ip of the site it will let you in. I was using the command prompt to ping the website but thought the admins would catch on so now i go to http://www.dnsstuff.com/ and get the domain info which gives the ip. Then connect using that. Been reading goblinworkshop.com all week.

Damn i dont know man you guys have stricter admins than we do here.
I'll see what else i can find. Wonder if there is some javacript that will show the title for one page but then load the infor from another. good for setting up your own server at home i guess.
 
It works from time to time for me. Sometimes I get forbidden and sometimes I don't :{}
