Access change?

Hi. I would like my access switched to the World of Warcraft section.

I am listed as having the following subscriptions:
DEPRECATED: NotAddicted All Access Pass 07-30-2006 09-28-2015
DEPRECATED: Everquest 1 Guides (Monthly) 07-14-2005 06-13-2011

Why I have an All Access Pass and only have access to EQ1 forums confuses me as I had been a contributing member for years. I tried sending a PM to Redbot weeks ago with no response.
