Question - AC Soft cap

Some folks mentioned there were quests you could do to raise your AC soft cap? Is there anything else that could raise it after AAs?

There isn't, I think they're confusing it with Hero's Vitality, Resolution, and Fortitude. None of those actually increase softcap though. You get these for completing quests since CoTF.
