Question - AA's included with heroic toons

Someone mentioned to me they heard that the level 100 heroic toons included all of the heroic AA's from paragons up to EoK. Can anyone confirm?

Only on a gold account where you turn on auto grant. It clearly states 1000's of Auto-Granted aas.
