725 pt damage shield (55 min. duration) for Enchanters
This is pretty much only for enchanters, I don't see any other class being able to do this because for this 725 pt DS... you will need 4 spells:
Wrath of the Wild (Druid AA Skill)
Fire Elemental Illusion (Enchanter spell)
Nettle Shield (Highest Druid DS Spell)
Ethereal Rune (Enchanter Rune)
On to the "How-to's..." ...

don't ever let the chanter pull with that much of a DS... Mobs will die before they get back to you're 'camp' Use the druid to pull =)

This AA is a ONE hit DS. This DS is 650ish damage shield but will only affect one hit and wear off. This spell is also technically a 1 point rune.
Fire Elemental Illusion (Enchanter spell)
This spell changes the caster into a Fire Elemental along with raising their fire resist by 5 and increasing their damage shield by 13 (not sure how much, but it does add a damage shield)
Nettle Shield (Highest Druid DS Spell)
This spell is the highest castable damage shield from a druid for 55 points.
Ethereal Rune (Enchanter Rune)
This is a SELF ONLY enchanter rune spell, it does not require any spell component and absorbs 2,000 melee/spell damage.
On to the "How-to's..." ...
To do this, simply stack the 4 spells Fire Elemental Illusion, Nettle Shield, Ethereal Rune, and Wrath of the Wild. Now you have a 725 point damage shield that will NOT wear off in one hit as it was intended to. The only way for it to wear off is if Ethereal Rune wears off from taking too much damage, so refresh Ethereal Rune ALOT and don't let it wear off!.
Why does it work the way it does?
Well, Nettle shield and Fire Elemental Illusion are only used because they stack with the other DS, the purpose of these 2 spells are solely for their stackablitiy and deadliness for the DS. The mechanics of how this work comes in from how Ethereal Rune and Wrath of the Wild interact. how do they interact? Well, technically both of these spells are rune type spells, Wrath of the wild is a 1 point rune and wears off in one hit(normally), but Ethereal Rune absorbs 2000 damage before disipating, and this is how it works... The damage you take is taken from Etheral Rune first rather than Wrath of the Wild, and while the caster is absorbing damage with Ethereal Rune, EQ doesn't ignore the other affects of Wrath of the Wild. Remember, Wrath of the Wild has a DS portion to itself also, a 650 pt DS, any mob attacking you will take this damage along with Fire Elemental DS and Nettle DS. The trick to making full use of this is to keep Ethereal Rune up at ALL times. Wrath of the Wild has a 4 min refresh timer, so if you mess up and Ethereal Rune wears off, its no biggie, 4 minutes isn't that long.

-If the druid you are boxing or friend is playing has Spirit of the Wood/Grove AA, it also stacks with the DS giving it about 800 pt DS. If a bard was grouped, My guess is it would be about a 1000ish, I've never tried it with a bard.
-Solo Venril Sathir
-Solo General Jared Blaystitch (Echo Caverns)
-Rape the arena! (careful not to get caught)
