Question - 4 box going to 6 box group makeup opinions

I'm currently 4 boxing a SK, Enchanter, Druid, and Mage. I'm wanting to go ahead and go to a six box group. Was wondering what everyone's opinions are on what I should roll for the final 2 spots. I drive with the Enchanter and use KA to run the rest of the group. I'm currently locking my guys down at level 60 to do my own progression type deal. I want to see all I didn't get to do as a casual player back in the day, including any raids I can do, epics, and all that good stuff. I'm sure a Cleric would probably be a good choice but was wanting outside opinions as I'm no expert. I'm pretty open though if people think the Druid can handle healing alone. I like the idea of a beastlord maybe, or a berserker/Ranger/Rogue. I know zero about Zerkers though. What do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance! I'm sure all the 6 box questions get old. Lol

I box 6 and i have multiple options (like right now it's : Warrior, Cleric, Sham, Mage, Necro, Bard, but it changes a lot :p )
IMO what you need is pure DPS. I may go zerker and wiz, because that's the ones i like best, but you could go Ranger for the added buffs, that could be an option.
I don't have a real rogue yet, mine is only 98 so i can't help you there, but all the others i have 105 or more and they kick ass :)

Feel free to contact me if i can help you more :)

Thanks for the reply, TankHealCC! I do have a ton of toons but trying to nail down a main group. My only question with going ranger for added buffs is, wouldn't my Druid already have all those covered? I don't know much about the game after level 70 so I could be sadly mistaken lol. So are you suggesting I skip the cleric and add two pure DPS to the current group?

Well i was assuming you were using druid for heals, so cleric isn't a requirement. my way is ALWAYS to go cleric. (even with a 105 Druid and Sham...)
As for the buffs, ranger has his own brew, just like sham and beastlord share a lot but not ALL, they have their own thing to add to a party !
I got a beastlord at some point because i wanted PoS for Endu regen. So many options to choose from, and there no really wrong way to go, i guess...
If you're looking for the "easy" group way, maybe try this : tank, heal, cc, DPS, DPS, DPS. since one of those DPS can add buffs or support, it's a cool way not to mess your group, imo !

I would add bst and wizard or ranger or another mage.

But again as mentioned, if you looking for the 'easy' group... i would just add 2 more mages. that way 3 dps classes will use the same setup/tweaking and 3 backup tanks!

Thank you for the reply, Rooster. Definitely don't want to add same classes to group. If I was only using isboxer I would be more inclined to double up classes for easy use of in game macros. Using KA though elevated that need for me, so I like to run 6 different classes.

Only upside of running 2x bst, 3x ber, 3x wiz, 3x mag, etc is that you can pop off alliances that way :)

If you're comfortable healing with the druid I'd definitely say go Beastlord / Wiz for your last two spots. The Beastlord gets buffs that would complement the casters, and the wiz just burns shit up. This also works with the caster group you've kinda got going already.

Otherwise, I'd say add a cleric and then one of the above classes (bst / wiz). You can't really go wrong with a real cleric in group, especially as events get more difficult later on. In that case, I'd probably do cleric / wiz.

Thanks, Sum1. I definitely think I'd be better off taking a real cleric for the more difficult content. As of now with the 4 box, I just use Merc healing, so haven't had to use the Druid for healing much. Think I'd feel more comfortable with a cleric for main heals. So I guess I need to decide on the six spot. I'm leaning BST. Wouldn't mind having a wiz, but I don't want to drop the Druid for it. Also rather not have so many cloth wearers to equip at the same time.

Then i'd toss out the Druid for the Cleric ( he's good at DoTs, but...)
Use him for buffs, as Skin + Symbol is better than Aego buff from cleric alone.

I agree with what most people are saying in recommendations. The reason they suggest 2 or 3x a toon is for alliance. With the enc you're going to do great with casters. Plus, it's less conspicuous that you're boxing 6 toons. I'd say you should consider switching druid for a real cleric - it will change your game for sure. With that in mind, SK, Cleric, Chanter, Mage, Wiz and for slot 6, consider anything with utility because everything will melt so freaking fast... Another wiz gives you Alliance and more dps, PLUS the 2nd bind spot to teleport your group around (1 can bind in OT, the other in VP, etc). Another mage will increase dps with Volley and give you lots of coh! If you went another route, you could do a beastlord for sure. Great buffs and mana regen stuff for the casters. Also... consider a bard for pure laziness in the chanter. Pull with your chanter, but let the bard handle mezzes. You could also do good with another enchanter, double the chromatic haze, twincast, illusions, etc. Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Going to add the BST and Cleric for sure. Considering swapping the Druid for a wizzy. Especially with the new Dot changes for Druid. Kinda liked the idea of having the Druid, but I don't want dead weight in the group if that's what it will be.

Not sure how the DoT changes will affect the druids, but if it does then I'd definitely swap him out... maybe just use for buffs (like others have mentioned).
