Question - 2 step errors (1 Viewer)

Made 6 new accounts and just got them to level 5. went to log them in today and 3 accounts now want 2step verification. I was going to do it but got an "unknown error" when I went to put in secret question answer. Is it better to just make 3 new accounts and scrap the ones wanting 2 step verification?

there is some stuff floating about you cant make more than 4 new accounts in a day before they start asking for 2fa, and people are like be safe and make 3
