Oh interesting! do the wurms gate on you at all?Plane of growth and halls of testing is what I've done so far with three groups but would be doable with two
Halls of testing mini bosses drop Vindi loot and one of the trash mobs dropped prismatic weapons
I'm in the same boat. I was going to do Lord Bob in Velks, but he apparently doesn't spawn in a DZ. Kael Sentinels are one groupable, two groups makes it easier. Kill sentinels, go to a new pick, repeat.Anyone know what targets are doable with 2 groups on the new tlp? and have tips / tricks for the targets that are?
can confirmBased on official EQ discord frostreaver channel reports, primals are no longer dropping in wtov since patch
how recent is this? i went the other night didn't get anything. (primals)As stated above. HoT minis. I have been able to do certain minis one group. Ive also done Phinny 1 group. Primal weapons Ive only got them from HoT not in West.

The white/gray wurms gate (as well as complete heal), the red ones don't. Also some of the drakes gate, most don't.Oh interesting! do the wurms gate on you at all?
I was farming for about 2 weeks and got 6-8. Haven't really been on there since the 18th? I would usually get 2 when they dropped here was a bow and mace. Then like 2 or 3 mobs later got 2 more that day was good.how recent is this? i went the other night didn't get anything. (primals)
Our guild pulled him and we did downed him with 3 groups. I know thats not quite boxing, and that was a few weeks ago with mostly quest armor. One other I was wondering how people fared with is Dracolich. I think they delayed the 2.0 fear release with this server, but I may be wrong. Is anyone doing 1.0 Draco with 1 to 2 groups?
How does this work with lockouts? I thought killing any mob in th zone will give you a loot lockout for 6 days or whatever? Not trying to necro this thread but just confirm several things and point people the right direction.
Harla Dar - seems to be the absolute best target for loot that is easily two groupable. I've gotten some awesome drops (and terrible ones - it's a big bucket)
Phinny - is one groupable, should be able to have 2 groups with separate lockouts every time. Becomes pointless to do it as water staff is the only valuable item. I've let a lot of backbones and wizard staves rot.
PoG - a mainstay. Vindi and Lodi loot off any named mob (Unicorn, Grahl, named Wolf and Bear, etc). Pretty much everything that doesn't give a lockout is doable easily. Might not be obvious but if you actually clear the zone, the level 65 wisps are trivial (sphere of whatever, and the other guy with a long all lower case name). keeper of the glades, treah, undogo, ancient totem, all easily doable and don't give mob specific lockouts. So you can do them every day. You can clear with one group, truly, but if you have enough extra characters to request DZs you can farm growth every single day. Just requires a lot of annoying inventory management trading off the one guy that requested the DZ to the crew farming that has the loot lockout already.
Fear golems are easy. If you care about that.
Zlandicar - I'm still working on this one, personally. I know this is actualy like 7-8 mannable but I'm just havin a rough time. Gotta get my setup in order and get better gear across some of my neglected boxes so they're able to resist stuff. Getting this done puts it right next to Harla as best targets.
I don't really know why people do HoT. Personal preference, I guess. I find it annoying and not worth it.
I feel like Nagafen is doable, but another "gotta get the setup right and resist gear"
I'm very curious about overlooked stuff. I feel like Koi`Doken or Sevalak (Vulak loot bucket) might be annoyingly doable? A lot of NToV dragons are slowable. So I'm starting to get curious. Though I am really assuming the high HP and ability to quad for up to 3k+ might make these more of 3-4 group territory unless you got a hella healing setup and can trivialize a half hour fight?
Thank you for this! This clears so many questions up hahaYeah so here's the skinny. Going to be kind of long but I want to be very accurate.
Let's say you have 6 dudes that form up and do a DZ. They get the DZ (instant Replay timer of 20 hours or whatever). They zone in. They kill one mob, they get a loot lockout. After the replay timer expires, they can get another DZ right? But they can't loot anything in it because of the loot lockout.
However, in the grand scheme, the only thing that actually matters is that lockout TYPES match.
So now you got a 7th guy. 7th guy has no loot lockout. 7th guy groups with 5 of the other 6 that already have lockouts. Camp the 5 out, because all that matters when requesting DZs is that you have 6 - online or not. So 7th guy can request a DZ without errors. 7th guy gets a DZ now and is the only person in the DZ. He has only replay timer. You can now log the others back in but they are inert until you do one last thing:
7th guy has one other responsibility. He needs to be able to kill ONE mob by himself to get a loot lockout. He's actually allowed to loot, because it's a fresh lockout. The entire point here is that now his lockouts technically match everyone elses. He can then DZadd all the other 6. Everyone can zone in. You can kill shit. But the only person that can actualy loot is the 7th guy.
So now do that every day with guy #8, guy #9, guy #10. The gate here becomes the replay timer, and really however many guys you have that can solo a single mob to get the loot lockout so lockouts match to add everyone else to the DZ
The only thing that matters is that they can kill a single mob after zoning in to get lockout TYPES to match (timers are irrelevant).
The lockout TYPE thing is important when you consider bosses. Bosses give their own lockouts. So if you have Plane of Fear, for example, 6 guys that did Fright and Dread - they have their own lockouts right? You can't have a 7th guy request the DZ, go in and kill one mob, and then DZadd everyone else back in. Because everyone else has Fright and Dread lockouts ON TOP of the loot lockouts. So the 7th guy would actually need to be able to solo Fright and Dread to get the lockouts so he matches everyone else and can DZadd them.
This is why Growth with loot buckets is so valuable. You're not going to end up with additional lockouts to match. Just the general loot lockout from trash. All the main named you're killing do NOT have their own lockout. So you can basically 97% clear growth every single day if you have enough bodies. I dedicate a set of 5 guys to be the DZ requester and loot body once a week. Each of them have their specific day of the week where they are the DZ requester and looter. I have spreadsheets. It's kind of sad. Anyway...
I hope this makes sense. I think it's really important that everyone knows how this works because I really regret learning this late. I would have been doing this from day 1 had I known.
He does spawn but you have to kill a bunch of trash first he didn't spawn right away took us clearing all the spiders upper and lower dogs then he spawnedI'm in the same boat. I was going to do Lord Bob in Velks, but he apparently doesn't spawn in a DZ.
I think it's completely random like goats in Qvic. You don't have to kill anything to make him spawn, we've seen him spawn by just sitting at entrance. I've done 3 dzs this week where he does not spawn before dz closes. He does spawn but you have to kill a bunch of trash first he didn't spawn right away took us clearing all the spiders upper and lower dogs then he spawned
Genious. Lord Bob has a really good loot table, the random loot that is. He’s ranked up with some nice dropsrequest 6 dzs on 6 lvl 1s (w/ 5x camped characters each time) and sit in them for awhile, check back every hour or so. Eventually bob will pop in one of them, dza your real guys and go kill it.
You can probably one- to two-group Tunare by utilizing FTE tricks with mage pets to avoid having to clear everything, she's definitely the easiest of the Vulak table, but I've yet to give it a serious try.
Any special strat to Yeli? I hear he is easy, just haven't tried yet.interesting. you feel tunare is easiser yeli? yeli is pretty bloody easy.
What are these FTE tricks you talk about? Tunare hits hard.I can 1-group (War-Enc-Clr-Nec-Mag-Bst, sometimes swap the Nec for a Monk, sometimes the mage for a zerker, warrior's close to bis geared) hate minis (just not the unslowable ones or Coercer T`Vala with her insane MR keeping me from slowing her), Yael, Phinny, Harla Dar, a lot of Growth minis (none of the silencers). We managed Naggy with 3 groups, the issue was getting positioning right. Harla Dar I generally pull multiple times - Tash with Enc and coth away to clear aggro, Malo with mage and run her off, then use Enc to pull with Slow and coth her to clear aggro until slow sticks on inc then pull her in and refresh slow and dispel her buffs.

Pet aggro build or enchanter tash. Summon tank, healers at the ramp out of sight. Dps runs to ramp to get healed. Takes an eternity.Any special strat to Yeli? I hear he is easy, just haven't tried yet.

Doesnt she call a 2nd time? 2 groups probably wouldnt have enough dps in era?I can 1-group (War-Enc-Clr-Nec-Mag-Bst, sometimes swap the Nec for a Monk, sometimes the mage for a zerker, warrior's close to bis geared) hate minis (just not the unslowable ones or Coercer T`Vala with her insane MR keeping me from slowing her), Yael, Phinny, Harla Dar, a lot of Growth minis (none of the silencers).
