You can't use it for anything without a subscription.
I honestly doubt SOE or anyone is going to sue someone for sharing an old eqgame.exe

not even close to warez of asking for a file soe provides that u can download the same file just updated so its not considered warez.

But there is a site let me see if I can find it that has the last 10 months of old exe.
