Are these two groupwatch lines setup correctly?

GroupWatchOn=1
GroupWatchCheck=2|20

Or should it be:

GroupWatchOn=2|20
GroupWatchCheck=FALSE

Is there any way to increase the aggro on a mob with this INI file ?

Also, I think your DPS7 should be Parlay for Honor, correct?

This ini keeps blowing Defensive while just sitting there out of combat.

You need to change your Heals section. Easiest solution is make the defensive disc in Heals section to also cond 16.
Other than that it seems to work like a charm.
