Config - 12 boxing

Hello i startet to 12 box
But I want to ust the higer lvl group to help the other
But im not sure how i have to set up the ini so the higer lvl group dont ks the low lvl
And I want the healer to heal 2 groups If that can ba done

93 sk 95 bard 92 bst 92 monk 94 druid 87 cleric group one
85 mage 85 enc 86 bez 86 shaman 87 mage and got 86 war or 84 cleric in the other group

well for the healer jsut use Extended target window and that will heal out of group.
