A few comments or points of conversation:
1 - Incorrect chaotic spell. Chaotic Venin is the CoV variant.
2 - As MH you should never need to cast ancient bargain. You'd probably find more benefit from Blood of Tevik (cleanse)
3 - Incomplete conditionals around your cast of Recourse. Try:

3 - Add conditionals around epic cast, so that it won't overwrite another shaman's and it won't cast with 20% left on the target.
4 - Incomplete conditionals around Chaotic Venin. If you're really concerned about casting this then you will want to know: a) your own mana percentage, b) mobs own hp percentage, c) have you previously cast this spell and are the dots still running.
5 - Repetition of AA within DPS and Burn sections. Its only needed within the DPS section. However I would add a conditional so that it is only cast when a burn condition is in effect.
6 - You might want to look at dropping everything within your BURN section into your DPS section with a conditional for either Target.Named or BurnCall. Its been brought up by others within the forums that its better to have it in DPS section b/c the BURN section is called only once and as a result its possible for items within the list to be skipped over.
7 - You may want to look at reducing the number of mobs that are required to be in camp before you cast AE Mala and AE Slow. I've found 3 is an optimum number.
8 - If you're really looking to min / max your HPS add Frostbitten Gift into the lineup and you SHOULD be able to set the shaman up so that its always casting a twinheal.
